Cotton Creations pancake & waffle mix delivers light, fluffy, and flavorful pancakes, and waffles. Many have said these pancakes and waffles can be enjoyed plain with no additional toppings. Each bag is 2lbs of mix that makes about 50 pancakes.

Preparation

Simple Pancake Instructions:

  1. COMBINE vegan milk, apple cider vinegar, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl. Let set for 5 minutes.
  2. FOLD the dry mix into the liquid mixture and gently stir. Optional: add ground cinnamon, chocolate chips, fruit (blueberries), etc. Let the batter rest for 4-5 minutes. Note: Don’t over stir. Lumps are great.
  3. HEAT skillet to medium heat or electronic griddle to 375°F. Lightly grease skillet.
  4. POUR slightly less than 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook for about 90 seconds on each side until golden brown.

Simple Waffle Instructions:

PREHEAT waffle iron. COMBINE 2/3 cups of warm vegan milk, 1 1/2 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar, and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract in a bowl and let sit for 5 minutes. Then ADD 2 Tablespoons of melted vegan butter. FOLD in 1 1/4 cups of waffle mix. OPTIONAL: add ground cinnamon, chocolate chips, fruit (blueberries), etc. Let batter rest for 4-5 minutes. POUR batter onto a lightly greased waffle iron. COOK until steam stops and the waffle is golden brown, about 3-5 minutes.
