Yumbini is a woman owned start-up located in Northern California. After 40 years in the food industry, our founder wanted to create foods that can truly make a difference in the health of humans and the planet. We are dedicated to improving the world by making the goodness of beans and rice delicious, easy, and accessible to everyone; busy people with no time to cook, as well as those who want to eat a more plant-based diet but don’t know how. We hope to demonstrate that dry packaged food CAN be healthy, and to inspire others in the food industry to follow.
