Made a beautiful tuna poke out of this. Wish I could submit a photo! It looked and tasted like real tuna sashimi, only better; because no fish died and I didn’t have to worry about some dreaded bacteria possibly lurking in my poke dish. Very satisfying!

Really good! I’ve been making my sushi rolls with watermelon “tuna” poke for a while. I’m not sure if this tuna is better than the watermelon, but it’s definitely easier! That being said, I love both the watermelon/this tuna in a roll. The texture/look is identical to real sushi, and it’s easy to roll up! It doesn’t have as strong of a flavor as real tuna, but when in a sushi roll or in a poke bowl, you honestly can’t tell it’s not the real thing. Will absolutely order more.
