In generous amount of your favorite cooking oil, pan fry or saute crab cakes for approximately 4 minutes on each side at medium/high heat.
In air fryer, use generous pour of your favorite cooking oil on crab cake. Cook at 390 degrees for approximate 10 minutes. Pausing at 5 minutes to flip and pour a bit of your favorite cooking oil on the side that is no face up.
