Sobo’s Japanese-inspired Plant Based Curry & Potato dumplings have 12 grams of protein and 7 grams of fiber per serving. This is up to 5x the protein and 7x the fiber of other category-leading frozen dumplings.

Packed with veggies, our dumplings are free from preservatives, MSG, and cholesterol. With 0 grams of added sugar and 0 gram of saturated fat, Sobo’s Curry & Potato dumplings are also lower in sodium than leading national frozen dumpling brands. All Sobo dumplings are 100% meatless and dairy-free.
