  1. Place the tortilla on a flat surface and make a cut from the bottom edge to the center.
  2. Heat vegan butter in a non-stick skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the Jerk Chick’n and place it in the bottom right quarter of the tortilla.
  4. In the second quarter, place the mashed avocado.
  5. In the third quarter, place the cheese ranch.
  6. In the fourth quarter, place the green and white cabbage with sautéed string onions and yellow corn with black pepper.
  7. Starting from the bottom right quarter, fold the tortilla over the other quarters, forming a triangle shape.
  8. Place the folded tortilla in the skillet or grill pan and cook on one side until golden brown and crispy, about 3 minutes. Flip and cook on the other side for 2 more minutes or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crisp.
  9. Remove from heat and let it rest for a minute before slicing in half.
