:onion: 1 medium onion diced
:herb: celery chopped
:carrot: carrots chopped
:garlic: 2 cloves garlic minced
:cut_of_meat: Fable meaty mushrooms
:wine_glass: 3/4 cup red wine
:herb: rosemary
:herb: thyme
:herb: bay leaves


  1. Add onions, celery, and carrots. Cook for 5-6 minutes or until the onions begin to brown on the edges.
  2. Add garlic, cooking for 1 more minute,  stirring constantly.
  3. Cook Fable on medium-high heat. Generously add salt and pepper.
  4. Add the vegetables to the pan and the wine, rosemary, thyme, and bay leaves. If desired, serve over mashed potatoes with pan juices.
