ZeaStar makes its vegan sashimi with a combination of Omega 3-rich oils (flaxseed and rapeseed), along with tapioca starch and glucose from seaweed to mimic the texture and flavor of fish. This Zalmon ‘sashimi’ is made entirely from vegetables and us an innovative fish and tuna vegan alternative!


  • This product is designed to be eaten chilled or at room temperature.  DO NOT COOK.
  • Please keep frozen until ready to consume; once thawed, the shelf life is 5 days.
