Cooking Instructions Microwave oven (for a 1200W microwave): For best vegetable quality, please remove lid entirely and cover with paper towel while microwaving. Cook on high for 3 min and 45 sec. Let stand 1 minute in microwave.
Conventional oven (do not place this bowl in the oven): Preheat oven to 375 degree F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish and place on center rack. Cook for 45 min., stirring at the 20 minute point. Carefully remove dish & let cool for 2 min. before enjoying! Oven vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degree F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking!
