I cook them in a cast iron skillet…with just a little oil to keep them from sticking. I put the skillet in the oven, turn as required to crisp up each side. Serve with sauces, vegan blue cheese, and like chicken, they are really good cold the next day! could pull off the ‘bone’ and make non-chicken salad.

Couldn’t edit my original review – after cooking a couple more times I’ve found I prefer to keep them plain in cooking and dip in sauces. I cook at 350 8-10 mins, flip and cook 8-10 mins more. This will get the “skin” crunchy and cooked all the way through, but also still juicy. I did overcook them on one try putting the oven to a higher temp. So low and slow has turned out better for mine. You can always cut one open to see if the inside is to your liking

These drumsticks are so good! Sweet chicken flavor and meaty texture. And we love the sugar cane stick. Years ago, we had had some vegan drumsticks at a vegetarian Chinese restaurant and we were so excited to find them again.

So, this was definitely an interesting experience. The “meat” was very flavorful, and the texture was incredibly chicken-like. I REALLY enjoyed the “skin” on the outside. Great touch.
Where this one gets weird is with the “bone.” It stayed pretty soft so it came out more like greasy cartilage than bone. Also, the meat part doesn’t really stick to the bone, so if you go at it like you would a real drumstick, the whole piece of meat comes at once. Big mouthful.
But, definitely a fun treat. Would try again, although would maybe try trying over baking.

These are really good. I put mine in a slow cooker with homemade spicy bbq sauce.

These are very good but small. I made some sweet and sour sauce to put on them. Each one has not much more than a quarter cup “meat” on them

These were my first vegan chicken-on-the-bone wings. I was pleasantly surprised!! There are no directions on the bag or their website, so after some research I recommend this: 350 in the oven for 10-15 mins, toss with sauce and bake another ten minutes. I did three with barbecue sauce and three without sauce to dip in a chili sauce. New freezer staple!
