High in protein, VFC tastes, looks and pulls apart like chicken but is 100% plant-based.

Preparation

Storage: Keep frozen at -18°C or below. Once defrosted, use on same day and do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions: For best results always cook from frozen. Remove all packaging. Preheat oven to 200°C/Fan 180°C/Gas Mark 6. Place onto a preheated baking tray and cook in the centre of the oven for 20-22 minutes, turning occasionally. Important: All cooking appliances vary; these timings are guidelines only. Check food is piping hot throughout before serving. Do not overbrown.
