Chili Mac was inspired by Irene who is an Amy’s employee. She would mix a few spoonfuls of Amy’s Organic Chili with Amy’s Mac & Cheese at lunchtime. The original Chili Mac was so popular that Amy’s decided to make it vegan. Now everyone has a chance to enjoy Irene’s creation!
Gluten free/dairy free/lactose free/vegan/tree nut free/kosher/plant based
Filtered water, organic rice pasta (organic rice flour, filtered water), vegan cheddar-style cheeze (filtered water, tapioca starch, expeller pressed high oleic safflower oil, coconut oil, inactive yeast, pea protein, salt, vegan natural flavors, xanthan gum, citric acid, yeast extract, annatto [color]), organic red beans, organic onions, organic tofu (filtered water, organic soybeans, magnesium chloride), expeller pressed high oleic safflower and/or sunflower oil, organic sweet rice flour, organic green chiles, spices, sea salt, organic garlic, organic tomato purée, organic ketchup (organic tomato concentrate, organic distilled vinegar, organic cane sugar, sea salt, organic onion powder, organic spice, natural flavor), organic jalapeño peppers, nutritional yeast, mustard powder, organic smoked paprika.
MICROWAVE OVEN Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove overwrap. Stir. Cook on high for 1 more minute. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
CONVENTIONAL OVEN Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove overwrap. Cover bowl with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 40 minutes. Remove foil. Stir. Bake for 10-15 more minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
TOASTER OVEN Remove overwrap and bowl. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
