Preparation

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

If frozen, defrost before cooking.

Skillet: Warm a couple tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add “Chorizo” and sauté until slightly browned on the edges and warmed (165ºF) throughout – about 8 to 10 minutes.

Oven: Combine “Chorizo” with a tablespoon of cooking oil and spread evenly, in a thin layer on a prepared baking sheet. Cook for 8-10 minutes at 400ºF.

If using on a flatbread or pizza, simply crumble “Chorizo” on top and bake until cooked (165ºF) throughout.

Storage Tips:

Frozen Shelf Life:
7 Months (To thaw, refrigerate overnight).

Onced Opened:
Use within 5 days.
