Crafted with tomato, garlic and Spanish smoked paprika, this crave-worthy “Chorizo” is zesty and bright. It has a subtle amount of heat, without being spicy. And it’s incredibly versatile – great for breakfast dishes like scrambles and burritos, or savory dinners like empanadas and enchiladas. With the rich, invigorating depth it brings to the plate, it’s the perfect way to spice things up.


Filtered Water, Pea Protein, Tomato Paste, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Onion Powder, Chili Powder (Chili Pepper, Cumin, Salt, Oregano, Garlic, Coriander, Cloves), Spanish Smoked Paprika, Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Ground Cumin, Black Pepper, Oregano, Chipotle Peppers.

If frozen, defrost before cooking.

Skillet: Warm a couple tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add “Chorizo” and sauté until slightly browned on the edges and warmed (165ºF) throughout – about 3 to 5 minutes.

Oven: Combine “Chorizo” with a tablespoon of cooking oil and spread evenly, in a thin layer on a prepared baking sheet. Cook for 10 minutes at 400ºF.

If using on a flatbread or pizza, simply crumble “Chorizo” on top and bake until cooked (165ºF) throughout.

Storage Tips:

Frozen Shelf Life:
9 Months (To thaw, refrigerate overnight).

Onced Opened:
Use within 5 days.
