Preparation

Product arrives frozen,

  1. Thaw in or on lined and covered containers in refrigeration,
  2. cook using favorite oil in a teflon™ pan or flat top griddle at no less than 450 deg. F.
  3. Cooking 2 minutes each side until crisp,
  4. flip and repeat.
  5. Longer cook times result in a  crisper, and more firm patty in the end.
  6. Product can also be deep fried at 355 deg. F. for about 2 minutes.

  • Greens
  • Tomato sliced
  • Onions Sliced
  • Southwestern Soul Patty
  • Cooking oil
  • Whipped chevre cheese or vegan cheese of choice
  • Crushed avocado with lime and salt, or guacamole
  • Chili vegan mayonnaise sauce

Procedures:

  1. Begin by heating teflon pan with oil, cook thawed soul patty each side with one Tbsp. of oil about 2 minutes each side.
  2. Build burger with sauce, lettuce, onion, tomato, burger, cheese, and guacamole, top with bun
  3. Now grind it!
