Cooking Directions:

2- Pre-heat convection oven to 325 deg. F.
3- Remove plastic wrap from loaf, leave in the foil pan and place in center of oven to bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until the center reaches 145 deg. F using a probe style thermometer.
4- Remove from oven and allow to rest 5 minutes. Cut and serve!
NOTE: Our first batch of loaves came pre-cooked. If you received a pre-cooked version, you will notice that it sits lower in the tray and already has some charring. If so, please use these directions to heat and serve.
- Thaw product completely in package.
- Pre-heat your convection oven to 325 deg. F.
- Remove outer plastic sealed bag and place the loaf on a sheet tray and place in the center rack and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes. (Internal temperature of the loaf should reach 155 deg. F. when checked with a thermometer). Cooking time may vary by elevation and oven.
- Remove from oven and allow to rest 3 minutes, slip out of pan on a cutting board and slice the loaf in desired thicknesses, or place on a tray and garnish for family style serving at the table.

I served this roast for Christmas, and it was lovely! It was smaller than we expected, but very tasty. The vegan and GF eaters loved it, and the non-vegans ate it and no one complained, which is a big win in my family. 🙂 I recommend serving it with gravy, and garnishing the platter with pomegranates, thyme sprigs, and clove-studded oranges added a festive touch. We may make this a Christmas tradition!

Made this with rice and a vegan gravy recipe (https://www.noracooks.com/easy-vegan-gravy/) was absolutely delicious together.

Fantastic! I would buy over and over again.

This roast is soooo good! This is definitely something you can serve to non-vegan guests around the holidays and they will not know it is vegan. I really hope you keep this as a permanent item because my husband and I really enjoyed it and I can see us ordering it frequently. Finally our first holiday not eating a crappy chewy questionable roast.
