HANDLING
Enjoy within 48 hours of purchase or freeze for up to 5 months. To thaw, let stand, unopened, at room temperature for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. We don’t recommend refrigerating as it can dry out Pretzilla.
WARMING
Heat on a baking sheet for 3 minutes at 325°F. If buns and bites are frozen, thaw before warming.
TOASTING
In a broiler: Place buns cut side up on a baking sheet. Toast 3 to 4 in. from heat for 45 to 60 seconds.
On a stovetop: Place buns in a skillet, cut sides down. Toast over medium heat for 45 to 60 seconds.
On a grill: Place buns on grid, cut sides down. Toast on medium heat with lid closed for 30 to 60 seconds.
SALTING
Lightly moisten with water. Sprinkle immediately with enclosed pretzel salt. If warming in the oven, add salt before heating.
