This delectable Chopped Chick’n pairs a mild flavor with a robust, meaty texture. It browns nicely in a pan and stays tender when roasted. You can marinate it, add your favorite spices and seasonings, or simply cook up and savor as is. With this deliciously versatile Chick’n, you’ll be able to create innovative plant-based versions of all your most loved dishes.

If frozen, defrost before cooking.
Skillet: In a bowl with clean hands, break the Chopped Chick’n apart and add your favorite spices, seasonings or marinade. Warm a couple tablespoons of oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add “Chick’n” and sauté until lightly browned and warmed (165°F) throughout – about 4 to 6 minutes.
Oven: Preheat oven to 425°F. Place Chopped Chick’n on a prepared baking sheet. Drizzle with oil and your favorite seasonings. Roast for 10 to 12 minutes, or until Chopped Chick’n is slightly browned and cooked throughout.
If using on a pizza or flatbread, combine Chopped Chick’n with a little oil and seasonings, then top and bake until cooked throughout.
Frozen Shelf Life:
9 Months (To thaw, refrigerate overnight).
Use within 5 days.
