We developed our lasagna with the help of Italian chefs, Vincent Giovanni and Celestino Drago. With their skills, loving attention, and some of their own family traditions, we have transformed the traditional Italian lasagna into one that’s made with 100% plant-based ingredients – and you won’t miss the meat!  Made with Future Farm sausage!

Serves 2-3.

Ingredients

Italian Whole Peeled Tomatoes, Onions, Carrots, Water, Durum Semolina, Almonds, Cashews, Basil, Olive Oil, Oats, Fava Beans, Textured Soy Protein, Pea Protein, Chickpea Flour, Coconut Oil, Beet, White Pepper, Spices, Gar- lic, Nutritional Yeast, Lemon Juice, Salt, Cultures, Ascorbic Acid (for freshness).

Future Farm Sausage Ingredients: Water, Future Farm 3-Plant Protein (Soy Protein Concentrate, Soy Protein Isolate, Pea Protein Concentrate, Chickpea Flour), Coconut Oil, Modified Food Starch, Salt, Beet Powder (for color), Natural Flavor, Sugar, Onion, Garlic, White Pepper, Methylcellulose, Carrageenan, Spices, Ascorbic Acid (for freshness).

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees. Take the lasagna out of box, and remove the plastic covering. Leave the foil tightly on the lasagna. Place lasagna on a baking sheet in your oven.

For frozen lasagna: Bake the lasagna for 90 minutes covered, and then uncover your lasagna and bake for an additional 10- 15 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes and ENJOY!!!

For thawed lasagna: Bake the lasagna for 60 minutes covered. Uncover your lasagna and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes and ENJOY!!!
