The Sausage Crumble Pumfu is a delicious concoction of grounded Pumfu (Tofu made from pumpkin seeds) and traditional Italian sausage flavors to create a delicious add to any dish or a yummy stand alone treat! Perfect for pizza, bolognese sauce, lasagna, tacos, and so much more!
Pumfu (organic pumpkin seeds, filtered water), tapioca starch, apple cider vinegar, tomato paste (tomatoes, citric acid), molasses, sunflower oil, spices, sea salt.
Microwave: Open plastic bag and empty content into a microwave safe dish. Cook for 2 minutes, stir and cook fro 1 additional minute.
Stove Top: Heat skillet on medium gland and add a small amount of your choice of oil. Cook for 5-6 minutes stirring to break up crumbles. Cooking times may vary.
