This is definitely what the Whole Foods deli sells as vegan General Tso’s. They are delicious!

Updating my review below. I let the nuggets defrost in the fridge and they taste exactly like they do if purchased in the prepared foods section. Delicious! Sharing in case anyone else was wondering!

I love this product! This is my first time buying a frozen family pack though, I typically buy them in the deli section already prepared. Anyone know how to prepare them? Can I just defrost them or do I have to bake them before eating?

Delicious! And texture is so good. This is by far my favorite chick’n alternative. I’ve made tacos, grilled with bbq on a skewer, put in stir frys, made orange chick’n and even used the leftover grilled to make chick’n salad! Even my husband loves it! Ordering my third bulk pack today! (Family of 3)

I died and gone to vegan heaven. For those of you who enjoy meat, but choose to eat vegan, you really need to check these out. Get a small bag first to try. If you’ve ever had Wholefoods vegan chick’n (their orange chick’n or the General Taos chick’n, I’d swear they use these. The consistency and flavor is spot on. A-ma-zing.
