Made with chickpea flour & veggies, each pack has as much protein as two eggs.

Easy to use – just add water, whisk & cook! Healthy, tasty breakfast, ready in under 10 minutes. Made with ingredients you know – no additives, artificial flavorings or fillers. Great on-the-go as well – perfect for trips, camping, at work, dorms…everywhere!

Yummy Omlette 

Prep time: 2 minutes; Cooking time: 10 minutes

This recipe is Vegan; Vegetarian; Dairy Free; Soy Free; Gluten Free; Plant Based; No Added Sugar; Non GMO; Quick meals; Make ahead

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon oil 

1 pack Omelette/Scramble mix – Any flavor

Salt to taste

1/3rd cup water

Directions:

Heat oil in a skillet. 

In a bowl whisk the contents of the pack with water until well mixed.

Pour half the liquid into the skillet. Cover to cook through. Flip and cook the other side as well.

Yummy omelette is ready!

 

Easy Scramble

Prep time: 2 minutes; Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon oil 

1 pack Omelette/Scramble mix – Any flavor

Salt to taste

1/3rd cup water

Directions:

Heat oil in a skillet. 

In a bowl whisk the contents of the pack with water until well mixed.

Pour the liquid into the hot skillet and allow to set before scrambling.

Cook through until the scramble is no longer runny(take about 3-5 minutes)

Expert tip:

Add to tacos/ burritos for a hearty meal.

 

Quick Quiche

Prep time: 2 minutes; Cooking time: 1 1/2 minutes

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon oil 

1 pack Omelette/Scramble mix – Any flavor

Salt to taste

1/3rd cup water

Directions:

In a bowl whisk the contents of the pack with water until well mixed.

Pour the liquid into a ramekin.

Microwave on high for 1 minute covering with a paper towel(adjust according to microwave)

Remove from ramekin and devour!

 

Frittata

 

Prep time: 5 minutes; Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

1 Tablespoon oil 

2 packs Omelette/Scramble mix – Any flavor

Salt to taste

2/3rd cup water

1 medium sized potato shredded

Directions:

Heat oil in a skillet. Add the shredded potato and cook until golden brown.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

In a bowl whisk the contents of the pack with water until well mixed.

Add the potatoes and mix well.

Pour into a well oiled pan and bake for 30-40 minutes.

Use a toothpick to make sure that it is cooked through.

Remove from pan and enjoy!
