What a great tasting sausage! There are a few brands that make some really good sausage… Gardein, beyond meat, and impossible… My favorite is the breakfast sausage but all of them do a nice job replacing The real thing. My go to for a long time has been Gardein, but they shrunk them over the years for some reason.… Anyways, when I found this brand, I was hoping for at least the same flavor that I was used to.
I bought this along with the bacon and a few other things and I have to say… This is my new favorite sausage! Not only are the patties larger, but they taste just like breakfast sausage! It’s nice finding another option out there, and the price is pretty much on par or just less than what I’m used to paying. Thanks for a great product and keep up the good work

These sausages were very good. They had just the right balance of spice that went well with eggs and buttered toast. They had a nice aroma and the texture didn’t fall apart or crumble in the fry pan. It took only 10 minutes to cook right from the freezer. Great product!
