For a vegan substitute to eggs this was pretty good. I made scrambled eggs with just cheese and a little pepper. The texture wasn’t exactly the same as real eggs, but it didn’t matter. I actually cooked some Beyond breakfast sausages in a small pan and then poured in the Just Egg which amped up the flavor with the sausage juices. I don’t know if you could use this when baking though. Would love to see a review on that 🙂
