RECOMMENDED COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
– Keep refrigerated and use within 3 days of opening. Do not refreeze. Cook thoroughly before serving
– If purchased frozen, thaw in refrigerator before cooking. Consume within 7 days of thawing
– Skillet: heat a non-stick pan to medium to medium-high heat and cook for about 6 minutes, turning frequently
– Grill: pre-heat covered grill to 500℉ (when covered). Lightly brush sausages with oil, grill for about 6 minutes, turning halfway through
– Griddle: set non-stick griddle at max temperature (450-475℉), cook for about 7 minutes, turning frequently
– Cook time may vary depending on equipment. Always cook to an internal temperature of 165℉
Not Recommended: boiling, microwaving, cooking from frozen, or reheating once cooked.
Zombie Kitten –
PERFECT. I can not say enough. I cook on a pan on the stove, browning all sides. No oil needed in the pan. Cut down the middle and crisp the inside or chop into pieces and throw into some pasta. I want to mention this isn’t super spicy. I have a hard time with spicy stuff, but was able to actually enjoy the little bit of heat. 100% recommend!

I adore these sausages. They are light years ahead of every other brand, in terms of flavor, texture and quality. I usually pan fry them until brown and cut them up with roasted potatoes, sautéed onions and peppers. You don’t need any additional oil to cook – just fry them up directly on the pan and the oil will come out of the sausage.
