Baking Instructions: Pull croissants from freezer, place on parchment lined pan, let thaw and proof at room temperature. Can cover with plastic wrap sprayed with pan spray so croissant wont dry out. Preheat standard oven to 365F or convection oven to 350F. Croissant should almost double in size and when touched with finger should bounce back. Take small sauce cup of glaze and add equal amout of water, then brush onto croissants. Bake until golden, for about 16-20 mins and enjoy.
