We’re proud that Coconut Secret Coconut Aminos has just two, simple ingredients: organic coconut tree sap from our Certified Organic Farms in the Philippines, and hand harvested, mineral-rich sea salt collected near the coast of the southern islands and sun dried in open air structures lined with clay bricks.
When the coconut tree is tapped it produces a nutrient-rich “sap” that exudes from the coconut blossoms. This sap has a low glycemic index of only 35 and contains a wide range of minerals, vitamin C, broad-spectrum B vitamins, 17 amino acids, and has a nearly neutral pH.
