NO THAWING: Cook from frozen.
PAN-FRY: Pre-heat and lightly oil non-stick pan. Pan-fry fillets for 4 mins
(2 minutes on each side).
AIR-FRY: Air-fry at 350°F for 5 mins then flip and air-fry for 3 more mins.
Cook until internal temperature reaches minimum of 165°F.
