Veggie-Forward Chinese Flavors Likely the very first food ever created from soybeans, douchi is a fermented, salted black bean dish popularized in China as far back as 165 B.C. Primarily used in sauces, douchi delivers an iconic Chinese flavor to some of the country’s most popular cuisine. We stir-fried asparagus, peppers, broccoli, ginger and our vegan mindful Chick’n atop a bed of brown rice, and covered with our version of douchi for a simple, delicious dish that pays homage to an Asian favorite.

Cooking Instructions: Microwave Oven (for 1200W microwave): For best vegetable quality, please remove lid entirely and cover with paper towel while microwaving. Cook on high for 2 mins and 45 sec or until hot. Let stand 1 minute in microwave.
Conventional Oven (do not place this bowl in the oven): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish and place on center rack. Cook for 25 – 35 min. Or until, stirring half-wat through. Carefully remove the dish and let cool for 2 minutes. Before enjoying. Oven vary. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Careful! Bowl can be hot after cooking! Keep frozen my friend!
