Whether a special occasion or a simple dinner for two; our Celebration Roast is the ultimate in vegetarian sophistication. We start with a rich and savory sausage-style stuffing made from Field Roast grain meat, fresh cut butternut squash, mushrooms and granny smith apples seasoned with a blend of rosemary, thyme and sage. We then surround the stuffing with our most luxuriant grain meat seasoned with rubbed sage, garlic and lemon juice.
Filtered water, vital wheat gluten, expeller pressed safflower oil, naturally flavored yeast extract, barley malt, whole wheat flour, granulated garlic, butternut squash, organic wheat flakes, onion powder, apples, garlic, mushrooms, yellow pea flour, lentils, lemon juice, irish moss (sea vegetable) extract, sea salt, tomato paste, red wine, black pepper, rubbed sage, spices, rosemary, paprika, natural liquid smoke and carrots.
Keep refrigerated. Serve hot or cold.
Field Roast Stuffed Celebration Roast is fully cooked and ready to eat. Thaw and remove packaging before use.
Oven (as a Centerpiece): Pre-heat oven 325 degrees F. Place roast on pan, baste with broth or oil and herbs, reheat until warmed through (30-40 min). Stove Top (as Slices): Slice into 1/4 inch pieces. Lightly brown in saute pan with a little oil or grill.
Microwave: Slice and place on microwavable-safe plate. Reheat for one minute or less. Avoid overcooking.
Serve Cold: Slice and use in sandwiches and salads.
