Each day consume 6 juices and 2 shots of your choice evenly throughout your waking hours in addition to at least 8 glasses of water.

Juice will arrive in an insulated box and can be consumed upon arrival up until the date on the bottle.  Some items may arrive semi frozen.  If freezing juice, please do so by date on bottle, it can then be kept frozen for up to 6 months.  Once frozen, juice should be consumed within 48 hours of thawing.  DO NOT FREEZE JUICE SHOTS, Glass will shatter.
